Terms of Service

By requesting a commission, clients confirm to have read and agreed to these TOS.• I hold rights to my artworks. I can post them on social media/portfolio, stream while drawing.

- Commissions may be kept private for a fee.
- Clients may remain anonymous if requested.

• Clients can post/print/modify the artwork for personal use; must be respectful to everyone when creating derivative works.• Commercial rights are available for purchase, please note that they are also required for derivative works.• Layered source file can be purchased but has to be disclosed upfront. Late requests will add a fee• Using the artwork for NFT's or targeted AI training is not allowed.• Only digital illustrations are provided, no physical objects are involved.• References must be provided, otherwise there'll be a fee for designing.• Prices can increase due to complexity of the commission.• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission.• There are limited slots for commissions. If no slots are available, clients can choose to be placed in a queue list at Trello.

Payments

Method: Payment link. In USDWork starts after the first payment is confirmed.
Plan: Half payment
First half "Phase 1: Sketch reviewing".
Second half "Phase 2: Delivery of finished artwork".

Revisions

Sketching: Up to 2 revisions for changes.
Lineart: 1 revision for minor changes.- Extra changes will have an additional fee.
- Changes for mistakes are free.Due to the nature of "Surprise me" commissions, they don't get any revisions.

Client Feedback policy

Please keep in mind that missing feedback from the client will stop the progress, the deadline will be pushed by those missing days.After 45 days: Slot is placed in the back burner archive.

DEADLINES

The minimum deadline is 1 month after payment is confirmed.
Early deadlines will have an additional fee or may be rejected.

DELIVERY

Finished artworks are sent by email once full payment is confirmed.

REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are provided when:- No work has started.
- Deadline wasn't met due to artist delay and client no longer wants the commission. Please note that delays by client will push the deadline.The following items are non-refundable:
- First half payment (Phase 1) after work has started.
- Second half payment (Phase 2) after the finished artwork is delivered.
- Tips.Transactional fees won't be covered in any refund.Chargebacks are not allowed and are a serious breach to these TOS. Clients will be blacklisted and a dispute will be started.
